Entero Healthcare's board reviewed Q2 & H1 FY26 consolidated financial results. H1 revenue hit ₹2974.77 Cr & PAT ₹66.83 Cr. Strategic moves include acquiring 80% of Bioaide (₹31.13-36 Cr) and initiating a 51% stake in Anand Chemiceutics (₹210-230 Cr). Abhitesh Kumar is now Chief Growth Officer.
