Waa Solar Ltd — Important, 12-11-2025: Company Update

WAA Solar has appointed Mr. Prashant Kumar Gupta as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Gupta, a seasoned CFO, brings extensive experience in finance and compliance, strengthening the board's independent oversight. The company has also reconstituted its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees. Mr. Gupta will join the first two as a member and chair the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, replacing Mr. Kamal Ashwinbhai Lalani in these roles to enhance corporate governance.
