Brainbees (FirstCry) allotted 46,104 new equity shares and transferred 36,650 existing shares to employees under ESOPs. Exercise prices for these ranged from Rs 2 to Rs 28.08. This resulted in a fund infusion of Rs 0.06 Cr and increased total paid-up capital from Rs 104.38 Cr to Rs 104.39 Cr.
