Kellton Tech delivered solid Q2 FY26 financial results. Revenue for the quarter grew 11.1% year-on-year to ₹300.9 Cr, with net profit reaching ₹24.1 Cr. For the first half of FY26, revenue was up 12% year-on-year to ₹597.1 Cr, generating ₹46.8 Cr in net profit. Digital Transformation remains the core business, contributing 83% of revenue.

The company is strategically focused on enhancing its global footprint in digital transformation and AI. A significant move includes an MoU with a European firm to develop a sovereign, human-centric AI ecosystem under the EU–India Framework Agreement, aiming for an "AI Gigafactory."

Recent developments include deploying a next-gen integration platform for a global food services enterprise across 10 countries and powering Asia Cup 2025 live streaming for a leading OTT platform. Kellton is also actively integrating AI-driven solutions for clients in consumer finance, global packaging, and logistics.
