Divgi Torqtransfer Systems Limited — PPTs, 12-11-2025: Investor Presentation
Divgi TorqTransfer Systems just reported a record-breaking Q2FY26 revenue of Rs. 88.3 Cr, driving H1FY26 revenue to Rs. 165.1 Cr (up 39% YoY) and net profit to Rs. 19.7 Cr (+43% YoY). This impressive growth is largely due to strong volumes in Transfer Cases and a booming Components export business.
The company is strategically focused on global expansion, aiming to double export revenue this fiscal year. Key wins include an Rs. 800+ Cr contract with a major Indian OEM for transfer cases and a nomination from a Japanese OEM for an iconic pickup truck, starting FY28. A new export component program is also expected to generate over Rs. 90 Cr annually.
Management is positive about H2FY26, anticipating a strong ramp-up in the EV segment as new platforms begin production. Divgi is pushing for innovative transmission products, including hybrid and automatic systems, positioning itself for long-term growth and a potential annual revenue of Rs. 1,500+ Cr from new product segments.
