Centum Electronics Limited — PPTs, 12-11-2025: Investor Presentation
Centum Electronics delivered a strong H1-FY26, with standalone revenue up 24% YoY to ₹390.6 Cr and net profit at ₹28.5 Cr, pushing diluted EPS to ₹19.26. Consolidated revenue reached ₹564 Cr with net profit of ₹8.7 Cr (EPS ₹6.88), a turnaround from last year's loss. Growth was propelled by the Build-to-Spec (BTS) business for domestic Defence & Space customers, also expanding standalone EBITDA margins by 338bps to 12.88%.
Strategically, Centum is focused on moving up the value chain in Defence & Strategic sectors with "Make in India" initiatives for EMS (targeting new tech like semiconductors, EV, medical devices) and seizing European defense opportunities for ER&D.
Recent wins include MoUs with GRSE and BEL for Indian Navy navigation and indigenous Defence Electronics, respectively. Critically, Centum is divesting its Canada operations and re-evaluating its European business to tackle subsidiary losses.
The company maintains a strong order book, particularly in domestic BTS, signalling continued growth into H2-FY26, backed by ongoing capex for capacity expansion.
