    The board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue hit 125 Cr, up 10%, with net profit at 18 Cr, up 15%. A Rs 3/share dividend was declared. The board also greenlit a Rights Issue to raise up to 750 Cr.
