3i Infotech reported strong Q2 FY26 financial results. Consolidated revenue hit ₹174.9 Cr (up 2.5% QoQ), operating EBITDA ₹31.4 Cr (up 74% QoQ), and PAT ₹18.9 Cr (up 151% QoQ). The company added 14 new clients and formed a strategic alliance with HCL Software. A rights issue was oversubscribed.
