Prime Focus board approved Q2 & H1 consolidated results: Revenue at ₹1,042.89 Cr (Q2) & ₹2,019.71 Cr (H1), Net Profit ₹3.51 Cr (Q2) & ₹65.45 Cr (H1). Ms. Shalini Govil Pai was appointed Independent Director. Vikas Rathee takes over as CFO, while former CFO Nishant Fadia joins the board as a Non-Executive Director.
