Galaxy Surfactants Limited — PPTs, 12-11-2025: Investor Presentation
Galaxy Surfactants delivered strong H1FY26 revenue growth of 27.8% YoY to ₹2,604.1 Cr, with Q2 revenue up 24.8% YoY to ₹1,326.2 Cr. However, overall volumes were broadly flat. The Specialty segment showed strong double-digit growth, offsetting a high single-digit decline in the Performance segment. Regionally, India volumes were flat (due to GST-led inventory adjustments), AMET declined, while ROW saw high single-digit growth from LATAM and APAC.
EBITDA for H1FY26 fell 5.4% YoY to ₹251.4 Cr, and Q2 EBITDA dropped 14.7% YoY to ₹116.3 Cr. This was mainly due to global tariff headwinds, strategic product reformulations, and domestic volume adjustments. Profit after tax (PAT) for H1FY26 decreased 11.2% YoY to ₹146.0 Cr.
Management is focused on tactical adjustments, operational agility, and portfolio strengthening for resilience. They anticipate GST reforms in India to boost consumption medium-term and note robust growth from non-Tier 1 customers. Raw material prices remain elevated, though freight costs eased.
