IRM Energy Limited — JV/Acquisition, 12-11-2025: Amalgamation/Merger

IRM Energy is merging with Enertech Distribution Management to streamline its corporate structure and enable direct shareholding for Enertech investors in IRM. Enertech, holding 21.12% of IRM and with assets of ₹11.59 Crore and nil turnover, will be absorbed. The swap ratio is 667 IRM shares for every 800 Enertech shares.
