Travel Food Services (TFS) delivered a strong Q2 and H1 FY26, reinforcing its leadership by exceeding 500 outlets. System-wide sales surged 18.4% YoY to ₹728.4 Cr in Q2, and 22.4% YoY to ₹1,443.5 Cr in H1, despite a temporary passenger traffic slowdown. Consolidated PAT grew 15.3% YoY to ₹97.9 Cr in Q2 and 17.2% YoY to ₹192.9 Cr in H1, driven by higher gross and EBITDA margins (38.0% in Q2).
Key growth drivers include expanding its network in India (Cochin, Delhi T2, Noida, Navi Mumbai airports) and internationally (Malaysia, Hong Kong), alongside a portfolio now boasting 135 brands. Recent wins include concessions at Cochin International Airport and Delhi IGIA-Terminal 2, plus the debut of Gordon Ramsay Street Burger.
Management is optimistic, noting passenger traffic recovery and readiness for new airport operations. TFS plans to scale expressway QSRs, pursue global lounge expansion in APAC and the Middle East, and leverage a new tech platform for seamless lounge access. With zero debt and ₹749 Cr cash, TFS is well-positioned for future opportunities. EPS for Q2 FY26 was ₹7.27.
