    NIBE Limited — Board Meeting, 12-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Nibe's board approved financial results for the quarter and half-year: consolidated revenue hit ₹155.87 Cr, with a net loss of ₹8.64 Cr. The company also approved acquiring the remaining 48.95% of Nibe Meson Naval for full control. Mr. Rajesh Khatri resigned as CFO, replaced by Mr. Jigar Shah.
