    NIBE announced Q2 & half-year consolidated results: Revenue at ₹73.37 Cr (Q2) & ₹155.87 Cr (H1), with a net loss of ₹9.69 Cr (Q2) & ₹8.64 Cr (H1). The board approved acquiring 48.95% of Nibe Meson Naval for full control. CFO Rajesh Khatri resigned; Jigar Shah appointed as new CFO.
