Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels reported its best-ever Q2, with operating revenue up 17% to ₹165 Cr and operating EBITDA rising 15% to ₹49 Cr. For the half-year (H1), operating revenue grew 16% to ₹320 Cr and EBITDA by 15% to ₹94 Cr. The company achieved a leading 93% occupancy in Q2, alongside 13% ARR and 12% RevPAR growth. Its retail F&B brand, Flurys, saw a 21.5% Q2 and 31% H1 income increase, now at 102 outlets.
Strategic growth includes completing the acquisition of Zillion Hotels in Juhu, Mumbai (80 rooms), set to open by end-2026. KMC has granted approval for a new hotel and residential project in Kolkata, with groundbreaking in January 2025. The acquisition of Malabar House and Purity in Kochi (31 rooms) was agreed in November 2025 for a December 2025 launch.
ICRA revised the company’s credit rating outlook from stable to positive (A+ retained). The company continues to receive global accolades for its design-led properties. Net debt stands at ₹132.16 Cr.
Management emphasized the "accelerated momentum" and strong growth, highlighting continued focus on expansion and enhancing guest experiences.
