Patil Automation's H1 FY26 net profit grew 23% to ₹7.53 Cr, with total income up 21.6% to ₹73.55 Cr. New orders of ₹30.13 Cr increased the order book beyond ₹140 Cr. The company also acquired 60% stakes in Pentaco Automation and MII Robotics.
