Kore Digital's board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended Sep 30. Consolidated Q2 revenue hit ₹8.86 Cr, with a net profit of ₹2.56 Cr. For H1, revenue was ₹16.91 Cr, net profit ₹4.56 Cr. The board also accepted the resignation of Independent Director Ms. Ruchi Gupta.
