Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities reported Q2 FY26 net revenue of ₹551.4 Cr, up 11.1% year-on-year, and H1 FY26 revenue of ₹1024.4 Cr, a 9.5% increase. The Biscuit segment revenue grew 10% to ₹350 Cr, while the Bakery segment surged 16% to ₹194 Cr. However, profit for the quarter dipped 6.2% year-on-year to ₹36.5 Cr, and half-year profit fell 9.4% to ₹67.4 Cr, with EBITDA also seeing a slight decline.

The company is driving growth through 'Project IMPACT 1.0' for cost transformation across its supply chain and manufacturing. Strategy focuses on expanding product offerings in health and new-age categories, strengthening the Cremica brand, and augmenting pan-India distribution, especially in the South and West.

Recent developments include new biscuit lines commissioned in Rajpura (H1 FY25) and Dhar (Q1 FY26). New bakery units are set for Kolkata and Khopoli (Mumbai) in FY25-26, reflecting continuous capacity expansion. Product innovations like 'Zero Maida Pav' and new crackers enhance consumer experience. The firm remains a key QSR supplier and boasts a strong international presence.

Management's outlook highlights continued investment in capacity, product innovation, and market penetration, aiming to leverage India's growing consumer market. A healthy Debt to Equity ratio of 0.1x (March 2025) underpins its financial position.
