KCP's board approved Q2/H1 FY26 consolidated results: Revenue ₹1,278.04 Cr. Profit attributable to owners ₹96.51 Cr (EPS ₹7.49). Also, Dr. V.L. Indira Dutt was re-appointed Chairperson & MD and Smt. V. Kavitha Dutt as Jt. MD for 3 years (from March 1, 2026), pending shareholder nod. #KCP #Earnings
