IntraSoft Technologies, via its 123Stores subsidiary, operates as a top Amazon US retailer, enabling 300+ brand partners to sell products. The company is accelerating its strategic shift to a "Vendor Direct Model," moving away from an inventory-heavy approach. This involves shipping products directly from brand warehouses to customers, which is expected to sharply reduce inventory risks, working capital, and debt, while significantly improving scalability. IntraSoft plans to expand its product offerings from 150,000 to over 500,000 by growing its brand partner network. A key focus is continued investment in technology and AI to boost efficiency, scalability, and automation across its platform. Management anticipates this Vendor Direct Model will increasingly contribute to total revenue, enhancing operational agility.
