    SHKSIL board approved H1 financial results. It's venturing into specialized steel manufacturing with an estimated ₹30-40 Cr investment and expanding its overall business scope. Power plant commercial production is now expected by January 2026. Mr. Sanjeet Singh was appointed as Additional Executive Director.
