IL&FS Investment Managers' board approved Q1 consolidated financial results (Profit ₹0.23 Cr). The board also approved Q2 & H1 standalone financial results (Q2 PAT ₹27.82 Cr) and declared an interim dividend of ₹0.50/share. Q2 consolidated results were not adopted due to a pending subsidiary review. #IIML
