    McNally Bharat's board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q2 consolidated profit surged to Rs 3,810.17 Cr, largely due to a Rs 3,918.13 Cr exceptional gain from the NCLT-approved Resolution Plan, which also reconstituted the board and altered capital.
