ATV Projects India's Board has approved a Memorandum of Understanding with Shri Vrinda Infracon Private Limited to develop 3.29 acres of unutilized land in Mathura. The total land consideration is Rs. 47.75 Cr. This partnership will operate on a 50:50 profit-sharing basis, with both parties recovering the company's land cost first from net sales. This move aims to monetize dormant assets, potentially boosting future revenue streams for the company and shareholders once the development agreement is finalized and executed.
