    IRIS Board approved Q2/H1 consolidated results. Revenue hit ₹28.56 Cr (Q2) & ₹53.71 Cr (H1). Net profit soared to ₹116.85 Cr (Q2) & ₹117.03 Cr (H1), driven by a ₹115.01 Cr gain from divesting TaxTech GST ASP & e-invoicing businesses. Mr. Madhavan Hariharan joined as Independent Director; Mr. Haseeb Drabu's tenure ended.
