Rainbow Children's Medicare reported Q2 FY26 revenue of 444.8 Cr, marking a 6.5% increase year-over-year (YoY). However, profit after tax (PAT) saw a slight dip of 4.3% YoY to 75.6 Cr. Hospital occupancy for the quarter stood at 52.0%, influenced by new hospital additions.

The company is driving growth through its 'Hub & Spoke' model, expanding specialized pediatric and perinatal care. A strategic focus is on increasing capacity, with plans to add new beds from the current 2,285 to 3,165 by FY28-29 across various cities.

Recent developments include the acquisition of Prashanthi Hospital in Warangal and Pratiksha Hospital in Guwahati, further expanding its footprint. Its flagship Hyderabad and Bengaluru hospitals, alongside BirthRight Fertility, have achieved significant quality accreditations.

For the first half (H1) of FY26, revenue increased 6.7% YoY to 797.7 Cr, with PAT growing 9.0% YoY to 129.4 Cr. EBITDA for H1 FY26 also rose by 4.9% YoY to 252.5 Cr. Management aims for continued strategic expansion and enhanced comprehensive care offerings, targeting long-term market leadership.
