Global Pet Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 13-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Global Pet Industries' board approved key leadership changes. Mr. Ankit Shah joined as an Independent Director, and Ms. Harmi Panchal became Whole-time Director. Mr. Bipin Panchal was reappointed MD for 5 years, with increased remuneration alongside Mrs. Nisha Panchal. A new internal auditor was also appointed.
