Shalby's board approved consolidated Q2 & H1 FY26 results: Q2 Revenue ₹285.43 Cr, Net Profit ₹7.28 Cr; H1 Revenue ₹581.86 Cr, Net Profit ₹14.96 Cr. Mr. Amit Kumar was appointed CFO, and a strategic subsidiary restructuring was also approved.
