Board approved Q2/H1 financial results, incorporation of an Eswatini subsidiary for plant E&C (Rs. 0.1 Cr capital), and an Rs. 87 Cr capital investment for a Dahej Skid & Modular Shop. It also provided an Rs. 13 Cr Standby Letter of Credit for Canadian subsidiary Eagle Press's working capital.
