Sanmit Infra Ltd — Important, 13-11-2025: Company Update

Sanmit Infra's board has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. For the quarter, the company reported revenue of 7.17 Cr and a net loss of 1.17 Cr. For the half-year, revenue stood at 47.36 Cr, resulting in a net loss of 0.22 Cr. Additionally, Mr. Dinesh Kanayalal Makhija resigned as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kamal Kanayalal Makhija, a Whole Time Director with over 25 years in banking and finance, was appointed as the new CFO. Mr. Shlok Sanjay Makhija, son of the Managing Director and former Head of the Bitumen Division, was appointed as Chief Executive Officer.
