Suraj Industries Ltd — Important, 13-11-2025: Company Update

Suraj Industries announced that its associate, Shri Gang Industries, allotted 7.5 lakh Sweat Equity Shares to its Chief Operating Officer, a promoter group member, at Rs. 99 per share. This issuance expanded Shri Gang's paid-up equity capital from Rs. 18.28 Cr to Rs. 19.03 Cr. Consequently, Suraj Industries' proportionate shareholding in Shri Gang now stands at 19.31% of the increased capital. This adjustment reflects a dilution of Suraj Industries' proportional stake in Shri Gang following the new share issuance.
