Sunlite Recycling Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 13-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sunlite Recycling's board approved increasing authorized capital to ₹15 Cr. They're acquiring 100% of Sunlite Aluminium (FY25 Turnover ₹139.62 Cr) for ₹50 Cr, using cash and a ₹62.90 Cr preferential share issue. Shareholder approvals will be sought at an EGM on Dec 6.
