Sunlite Recycling Industries Limited — Updates, 13-11-2025: General Updates

Sunlite Recycling increased authorized capital to ₹15 Cr. The Board approved acquiring 100% of Sunlite Aluminium (SAPL) for ₹50 Cr (part cash, part share swap). SAPL's FY25 turnover was ₹139.62 Cr, PAT ₹4.88 Cr. Acquisition drives synergies, growth & tax benefits. A ₹62.90 Cr preferential issue was also approved.
