Mangal Credit's board approved Q2 & H1 financial results, with profit at Rs 2.99 Cr & Rs 5.99 Cr respectively. They converted 15.50 lakh warrants into equity, raising Rs 12.79 Cr. Future plans include raising up to Rs 10 Cr via secured NCDs offering 12.90% p.a.
