    PTC Industries' board approved financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue hit Rs. 124.63 Cr (Q) & Rs. 221.77 Cr (H1), with profit at Rs. 18.14 Cr (Q) & Rs. 23.29 Cr (H1). Also, 8,423 ESOP shares were allotted at Rs. 402 each.
