Dollar Industries delivered a strong Q2 FY26. Operating Income rose 5.6% YoY to ₹471.9 Cr, with Profit After Tax (PAT) jumping 32.7% YoY to ₹35.2 Cr. Operating EBITDA surged 23.3% YoY to ₹60.3 Cr, benefiting from cost controls, including ad spends reduced to 6.2%. The thermals segment stood out with robust growth of 23.5% in value and 28.1% in volumes. Quick commerce is also gaining traction, now contributing 4.0% to overall sales.
A major strategic move is the proposed merger of nine promoter group companies, consolidating brand ownership (including the 'Dollar' brand) and manufacturing under the listed entity to enhance governance and efficiency. The company is also expanding its product portfolio with 'Dollar Protect' rainwear and a new lingerie line for 'Dollar Woman', alongside aggressive distribution efforts like Project Lakshya and increased digital integration. Management remains focused on sustained value creation through stronger brand ownership and operational excellence. EPS for the quarter stood at ₹6.20.
