Ventive Hospitality delivered a robust Q2 FY26 with consolidated revenue up 28% YoY to 554.5 Cr and EBITDA soaring 50% to 254.8 Cr. Profit after tax (PAT) jumped 164% to 64.2 Cr. This strong performance, especially from India and Maldives hospitality segments, also saw H1 FY26 revenue grow 23% to 1,074.4 Cr and EBITDA rise 31% to 475 Cr.
A key strategy is leveraging constrained supply and increasing demand in luxury hospitality. Ventive's development pipeline includes eight new hotels (1,582 keys) in India and Sri Lanka. Recent moves include acquiring Hilton Goa Resort to enter the leisure market and partnering with Soho House India for membership-led hospitality.
Financially, the consolidated EBITDA Margin expanded 7 percentage points to 46% in Q2. Occupancy rose to 63% (+1.5%), while Average Daily Rate (ADR) was up 9% and Total Revenue Per Available Room (TRevPAR) climbed 15%. Debt deleveraged by 33.1 Cr QoQ. Management aims to double total keys to 4,000+ over the next 5 years, utilizing strong cash flow and balance sheet headroom for new projects and acquisitions.
