    SPML Infra's board approved Q2 & H1 financial results: consolidated Profit After Tax stood at ₹15.04 Cr for Q2 and ₹27.16 Cr for H1. The board also cleared issuing 1.14 million preferential shares to NARCL, converting debt into equity and increasing NARCL's stake to 14.46%.
