The Board has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Mr. Sunil Sehgal joined as a director. Mr. Amit Chavan is the new Company Secretary, replacing Mr. Arun Agarwal. Mr. Virat Dantwala resigned. The company is winding up two Singapore subsidiaries, one with ~Rs 15.5 Cr turnover.
