Laxmi India Finance's board reviewed the financial results for the quarter and half-year, posting Q2 profit of ₹9.77 Cr and H1 profit of ₹8.65 Cr. They approved an Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) subject to shareholder approval and acquired a retail business for ₹51.69 Cr.
