IIFL Finance Limited — Credit Ratings, 14-11-2025: Credit Rating

India Ratings & Research has reaffirmed IIFL Finance's NCDs at IND AA/Stable and Perpetual Debt at IND AA-/Stable. It also assigned IND AA/Stable to new NCDs worth Rs. 2,000 Cr and Bank Loan facilities of Rs. 3,000 Cr. For subsidiaries, IIFL Samasta Finance's NCDs were reaffirmed/assigned IND AA/Stable (including new Rs. 1,000 Cr NCDs), and IIFL Home Finance's NCDs (Rs. 3,000 Cr) reaffirmed IND AA/Stable. Outlook remains Stable.
