Petronet LNG reported Q2 FY '26 net profit of ₹805.75 Cr (down 5% YoY) on revenues of ₹11,009 Cr (down 15% YoY), with EBITDA at ₹1,117 Cr. An interim dividend of ₹7 per share was declared. Kochi terminal achieved its highest-ever 27% utilization, while Dahej processed 211 TBTU. The 5 MMTPA Dahej expansion and petrochemical project are on track for commissioning by March 2026. Management anticipates India's natural gas share to rise to 10-11% from 7%, supported by future global LNG supply and new terminals like Gopalpur (awaiting environmental clearance). Use or Pay dues for CY '22 of ₹694 Cr are expected to be recovered. Discussions for the Qatar contract extension are progressing, with an announcement expected by March FY '26. The company remains confident in long-term growth.
