Steel Exchange India's board approved Q2 & H1 financial results. H1 net profit jumped to ₹12.34 Cr (from ₹5.31 Cr YoY). Q2 net profit hit ₹2.11 Cr. The company also raised ~₹54.55 Cr by allotting 4.96 Cr shares via preferential issue. Debt repayment was a focus.
