Borosil's H1 FY26 consolidated revenues rose 14.7% YoY to INR 573 Cr. Operating EBITDA increased 9.5% YoY to INR 90.1 Cr, with PAT jumping 45.3% to INR 40.1 Cr. Net debt stood at INR 4.5 Cr.

Larah Opalware sales grew 7.8% to INR 195.4 Cr, while Glassware achieved 27.4% growth to INR 148.6 Cr, primarily from own manufacturing. Non-glassware revenue increased 12.4% to INR 216.6 Cr, despite BIS compliance impacting hydra bottle sales.

To strengthen 'Make in India' and BIS compliance, Borosil is investing INR 65 Cr in Rajasthan for three new steel flask production lines, with initial commissioning by Q4 FY26. Management notes short-term margin pressure in non-glassware due to local sourcing transition, expected to normalize in 12-18 months.

The company is bullish on future demand, driven by rising incomes and a consumer shift towards healthy, sustainable home products, positioning Borosil for continued growth by converting plastic users to glassware and Opalware.
