In a significant leadership transition, Mr. Krishna Kumar Mohta has stepped down as Whole Time Director and Chairman & Managing Director due to advanced age. He will transition to a new role as Senior Strategic Consultant. Mr. Bharat Mohta, formerly CEO, has been redesignated as Whole Time Director, Chairman & Managing Director, pending shareholder approval. The Corporate Social Responsibility and Risk Management Committees have also been reconstituted, with Mr. Bharat Mohta appointed as Chairperson for both, consolidating leadership across key functions.
