Bodhtree Consulting has received a Monitoring Agency Report confirming no deviation in the utilization of its Rights Issue funds. From the Rs 14.08 crore gross proceeds, Rs 7.54 crore has been utilized. This includes Rs 5.20 crore for long-term working capital, Rs 1.64 crore for general corporate purposes, and Rs 0.70 crore for issue expenses. The Rs 5.40 crore allocated for product enhancement and development remains unutilized. The remaining Rs 6.54 crore is held in fixed deposits and bank accounts, providing liquidity for future operational needs and planned investments, demonstrating sound fund management.
