    SONAMAC's board approved half-year financial results and confirmed no deviation in utilizing its INR 51.82 Cr IPO funds. Mrs. Shweta Baisla stepped down as CFO; Mr. Sanjiv Kumar takes over. Ms. Rojina Thapa was also appointed Independent Director.
