Insecticides (India) reported Q2 revenue up 2% to Rs. 638 Cr; Gross Profit grew 11% to Rs. 220 Cr. EBITDA was stable at Rs. 89 Cr, PAT fell to Rs. 59 Cr due to finance costs. The quarter saw Rs. 150 Cr in sales returns from monsoon disruptions. Despite this, 5 new products launched, including Altair (Nissan) & Sparcle (Corteva tie-up), backed by strong farmer engagement. Management is cautiously optimistic for H2 due to favorable Rabi conditions, focusing on innovation, premiumization, and export growth. A new COO aims to strengthen manufacturing.
