The company is strategically transforming into a high-value aluminium converter. Key drivers include a massive capacity expansion from 10,000 to 24,000 TPA with a new Italian extrusion line, enabling complex profiles and advanced alloys for aerospace, defence, and automotive sectors. The recent ₹8.75 Cr acquisition of the Dewas plant will further boost precision tubing capabilities, with trial productions slated for H2FY26.
A significant recent development is the withdrawal of US anti-dumping duties in November 2024, expected to re-energize export markets. Management sees strong future opportunities driven by this restored global playing field, coupled with 'Make in India' and import substitution initiatives.
