Chetana Education saw H1FY26 revenue hit Rs 58.5 Cr, a 32% jump half-on-half. EBITDA surged 136% HoH to Rs 13.8 Cr, with PAT rising 173% HoH to Rs 9.4 Cr. Sales were strategically moderated this half, anticipating stronger demand from Q4 FY26 following upcoming syllabus changes.

The company is heavily investing in digital. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dijaa Education Ltd., launched the DOTTSTAR OTT platform in June 2025, already onboarding 150 schools and generating Rs 0.11 Cr. This platform, alongside strategic content partnerships with Physics Wallah and others, aims for subscription-led growth. Key strategies include consolidating its market position, launching a Smart School Project for digital institutions, and reintroducing paper stationery. Chetana also allocated Rs 150 Cr for infrastructure and digital tools to enhance student outcomes.
